MATCHA VEGAN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
- 1tbs ground flax
- 3tbs water
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup flour
- 2tbs sugar
- 2tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1tsp matcha powder
- oil
METHOD
- Prepare flax egg: in a bowl, whisk together flax and water.
- Prepare buttermilk: in another bowl, whisk together soy milk and apple cider vinegar.
- In a medium bowl, mox the rest together.
- Stir everything until well incorporated.
