1. Berry low carb & low sugar smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Coconut Milk

1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Pecans (or nut of choice)

2 tbsp Golden Grind Custom Blend Powder

2 Mint Leaves

2. Green lean high protein smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Milk

1 cup Ice Cubes (if required)

¼ Avocado

1 handful Spinach

2 tbsp Golden Grind Custom Blend Powder

1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

1 tbsp Almonds

1 tsp Honey (if required)

3. Choc Peanut Butter So Good Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Milk

1 Frozen Banana

1 tbsp Coconut/Greek Yoghurt

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 tsp Cacao Powder

¼ tsp Cinnamon
