MATCHA SWIRL TART

INGREDIENTS:
Matcha cream:
- 1 cup soaked cashews (4hrs)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 large TBS Mix n Matcha
- Dash carob syrup if you like it sweeter
Crust:
- 4-5 large medjool dates
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1-2 TBS almond milk
METHOD:
For cream:
- Process throughly until creamy~ scrapping sides down occasionally, place into fridge while making crust
- Same process minus matcha for the plane white cream to swirl
For crust:
- Process until creamy
- Press into small tart springform pan, spoon in white cream, then matcha cream, repeat cream layers and swirl with a toothpick~~ VOILAAA
