MATCHA PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups of uncle Toby’s oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp Matcha Maiden
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda
- 1 Banana chopped
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- Coconut oil for greasing pan
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients in NutriBullet and blend.
- Fry batter with coconut oil.
- ENJOY!
Makes: 8 pancakes
