MATCHA PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups almond meal
- 3 tbsp quinoa flakes
- 5 tbsp coconut oil
- 16 dates
- 5 tbsps coconut water
- 6 tsp Mix ‘n’ Matcha
- 2 scoops Wild bag Organic Vanilla Superfood Protein (Vegan Pea Protein)
- 8 tablespoons of coconut
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, process until it becomes moist and combined.
- Roll into balls.
- Place into fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
