Ingredients
1/2 cup or 125mL ganache
400mL milk
2 generous scoops of ice cream
2 tbsp Matcha powder
Additional 2 scoops of icecream for putting into the glasses
Whipped cream
Method
- Place milk, ganache, Matcha and ice cream in a blender and get blending!
- Add a scoop of ice-cream.
- Place the whipped cream around the top.
