MATCHA NANA HOT CROSS BUNS

INGREDIENTS:
BASE
- 80g macadamia nuts
- 6 large dates
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbs desiccated coconut
CAKE
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 tbs honey or maple syrup
METHOD:
- Blitz all BASE ingredients until sticky crumbs form, then push into the base of a cake tin.
- Blitz all CAKE ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, then pour into your cake tin.
- Top with thin slices of lime, and set in the freezer for several hours or overnight in the fridge.
