MATCHA AND SPINACH PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup soy milk ( or any milk of choice)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tsp Matcha Maiden matcha
METHOD:
- Blend spinach, matcha and soy milk in a blender, add it with the oats
- Place on stove at high heat
- Let simmer until liquid had reduced
- Add a splash of milk at the end and stir
- Top with your choice of topping (pictured is banana, cacao nibs, mixed berries, cinnamon and rice malt syrup)
