GOLDEN PANCAKES
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp of Golden Grind Coconut and Cacao Blend
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats (can be substituted with coconut flour)
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
- Vanilla or Coconut protein (suggestion @bondiproteinco)
- 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor & blitz for 30 seconds
- Pre-heat fry pan on medium-low heat & melt 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
- Cover a thin layer of the pan, wait until small bubbles form & mixture is almost set after 3 minutes
- Flip & cook the other side for 1 min max to seal
- Plate & top with your choice of fruit, nuts honey or coconut yoghurt (suggestion @Coyo)!
GOLDEN CRUMBED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 1 tbls of Golden Grind Chilli Blend
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ Cup of LSA meal or Almond meal
- ½ Cup of Desiccated or shredded coconut
- 1 tbls of Coconut oil
- 2 Chicken breast fillets (cut into halves thickness so you are left with 4 thin fillets)
Method:
- Have 2 shallow bowls prepared to egg wash & crumb the chicken fillets, & one plate on the side to transfer the fillets.
- Egg wash the Chicken fillets separately & transfer into a crumb mixture of LSA, Coconut & Golden Grind Blend. Slightly press down the crumb mixture so it holds, then lay on the clean plate. Repeat x 4, or how ever many pieces of Chicken you have. *Note: It can get messy & you may have to wash & dry your hands in between!
- Pre-heat a non-stick fry pan with a tbls of Coconut oil & set to medium heat.
- Place Chicken in fry pan & cook for approximately 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown
- Serve with your favourite salad or Veg & a dollop of Natural Greek yoghurt. Suggestion is steamed broccolini, baked sweet potato fries & @Chobani 0% Greek yoghurt.
GOLDEN PROTEIN BOWL
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp your favourite Golden Grind Blend
- 2 frozen Bananas chopped
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk or nut milk of choice
- 6-8 Macadamia nuts
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp of Natural Vanilla Bean extract
- Vanilla or Coconut protein (suggestion @bondiproteinco)
- A few cubes of ice
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender for 1 minute.
- Transfer into a chilled bowl & top with desired fruit, nuts crunchy toppings. Suggestion is fresh passion fruit, shredded coconut, macadamia nuts & activated coconut charcoal powder.
