MATCHA PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 3 tbsp quinoa flakes
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 16 dates
  • 5 tbsps coconut water
  • 6 tsp Mix ‘n’ Matcha
  • 2 scoops Wild bag Organic Vanilla Superfood Protein (Vegan Pea Protein)
  • 8 tablespoons of coconut

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, process until it becomes moist and combined.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Place into fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
