SATURDAY SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS
- 6 raw macadamia nuts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp MIX N MATCHA
- 2 tsp protein powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/4 avocado
- handful of baby spinach
- 1 tbsp coconut kefir (or natural yogurt)
- 1/4 frozen nana
- 1-1.5 cup @naturalrawc coconut water, ice.
RECIPE
- In the blender, throw in all above ingredients
- Blend and top with your fave bits!
